Walkthrough · 46 seconds
From browser to tablet in two taps
How it works
Three steps, and only the first one is setup
-
1
Link your reMarkable
Sign in at my.remarkable.com, get an 8-letter code, and type it into PaperEnvoy. Your reMarkable password never touches the app.
-
2
Share an article
In Safari, Chrome or any app that shares links, tap Share and choose PaperEnvoy. Or paste a link in the app.
-
3
Read it on paper
After your tablet's next sync, the article is in a PaperEnvoy folder at the top of My files. Underline it, scribble in the margins.
Just the article
Ads, menus, pop-ups and cookie banners are stripped away. What's left is the text and its images, typeset for e-ink.
EPUB or PDF
EPUB reflows to any text size, best for reading. PDF gives fixed pages sized to the screen, best for writing in the margins.
Its own folder
Everything lands in a PaperEnvoy folder, so your notebooks stay tidy.
Share before you link
Shared something before setting up? It waits in the queue and sends the moment you link.
Swipe to tidy
Swipe an article away in the app and it moves to the reMarkable trash, where you can still restore it.
No account, no tracking
There's no PaperEnvoy account and no analytics. The app talks to reMarkable's cloud and nothing else of ours.
Pricing
Try it on 25 articles. Then buy it once.
Your first 25 articles are free, with every feature. After that, a single in-app purchase unlocks PaperEnvoy for good. No subscription, and you can restore it with the same Apple ID or Google account.
- 25 free articles
- One-time unlock

Questions
Good to know
Do I need a reMarkable Connect subscription?
No. PaperEnvoy uses reMarkable's cloud sync, which works on the free tier.
Which tablets does it work with?
Any reMarkable that syncs with reMarkable's cloud, including reMarkable 2 and Paper Pro.
How long until an article shows up?
PaperEnvoy uploads it within seconds. It appears on the tablet the next time the tablet syncs, which happens on its own while it's awake and online.
What about paywalled pages?
PaperEnvoy reads the page the way a browser does without your sign-in, so it can only send what's publicly visible. Pages that load their text with JavaScript may come through short.
Is PaperEnvoy made by reMarkable?
No. PaperEnvoy is an independent app and is not affiliated with reMarkable AS. It uses the same upload endpoint as reMarkable's own “Read on reMarkable” browser extension.
What happens to my data?
Articles are fetched and converted on your phone and uploaded to your own reMarkable cloud. Read the privacy policy for the details.
